WHAT DO YOUR DUES PAY FOR?

The City of Indianapolis does not plow snow in neighborhoods such as Misty Lake.

There are 83 homes in the Misty Lake Homeowners Association and it costs $800 for each plowing.

(20 homeowners x $40)

It becomes clear very quickly that every homeowner must pay dues on time so that we can all enjoy clear roads in the winter. Should the treasury drop below $800 plowing will not be able to continue.
